build a character
a whole wolf, cat, or human, rolled in one sitting, name to scars.
pick a species, then this fills a complete, submission-ready character sheet: name, pack/clan/faction, appearance, a backstory seed, skills, weaknesses, and a fair spread of stats. reroll any line you don't like, then flesh out the prose in your own words. it's a spark, not a script.
the forge
no character yet; pick a species and flavour, then press roll.
finishing your character
the rolled lines are scaffolding, not a checklist. the three prose fields, appearance, personality, and backstory, are yours to write however long or short feels right for the character: a couple of sentences of appearance, a paragraph or two of personality, and a backstory that touches your origin, the wound that shaped you, your stance toward faith (the maw for wolves, starclan for cats, or your own faith for humans), and a brush with the twolegs, or with the wild animals if you're playing human, in whatever length actually tells the story. the numbers below on each field are a rough starting point, not a minimum. the stats are rolled inside the real range for your rank; shift points to fit the character, then set them with /rpg action:setstats.
/register now genuinely takes appearance directly: fur_color, eye_color, and markings are short fields that show on /profile and get passed down to any pups, kits, or children this character has later; appearance, backstory, and rp_sample are longer prose fields that show on /profile sheet:true. all six are optional at registration and can be set or changed anytime after with /character. a genetic condition, if you rolled one above, goes in the separate genetic field, not appearance.
